Cancellations

Before Sample Collection / 24 Hours Before Appointment

Full refund. No questions asked. You may cancel your booking at any time before the sample has been collected, provided it is at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

After Sample Collection Has Begun

No refund. Once the phlebotomist has collected the sample or the patient has submitted the sample at the lab, processing has started and cannot be reversed. The diagnostic workflow involves reagents, consumables, and technician time that cannot be recovered.

Lab-Initiated Cancellation

If Sindhey Pathology cancels your booking for any reason (e.g., equipment unavailability, staff shortage, or operational constraints), a full refund is processed immediately. No deductions apply.

Home Collection No-Show Policy

If our phlebotomist arrives at your location and you are unavailable:

1. The phlebotomist will attempt contact at the time of arrival.
2. We will call you up to 2 additional times (3 total contact attempts).
3. If no response after 3 attempts — no refund will be issued and the booking is marked as completed.
4. If you respond and reschedule — standard reschedule policy applies (see below).

Reschedule Policy

Maximum 3 reschedules per booking.

Reschedule requests must be made at least 4 hours before your scheduled appointment. Contact us via WhatsApp or phone to reschedule.

Reschedule fees (if applicable) are collected at the time of sample collection — not charged online.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Non-Refundable Items

• Home collection convenience fee (₹100)
• Reschedule fees (₹100 per reschedule after the first).
