Home collection carries a nominal convenience fee which covers the cost of sample transportation and phlebotomist visit. The exact fee is displayed during the booking process based on your location.

Do I need to fast before my test?

Fasting requirements depend on the specific tests you have booked. Generally, lipid profiles and fasting blood sugar tests require 10-12 hours of fasting. You can drink plain water, but avoid tea, coffee, or any other beverages.

How do I track my booking?

You can track your booking status in real-time by visiting the 'Track Booking' section on our website and entering your booking code. We also send regular updates via WhatsApp.

What payment methods do you accept?
