1. Services
Sindhey Pathology and Healthcare Centre ("Sindhey Pathology", "we", "us", or "our") provides diagnostic testing services including blood tests, urine analysis, health packages, home sample collection, and related diagnostic services across Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
Test results are provided for informational and diagnostic purposes. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified medical practitioner for interpretation of results and medical decisions.
2. Bookings
- Bookings are confirmed upon receiving a booking code (format: SP-XXXXX) via the website or WhatsApp.
- All bookings are subject to slot availability. We reserve the right to reschedule if your selected time slot is unavailable. You will be notified promptly in such cases.
- Lab visit bookings: Present your booking code at reception during operating hours (Mon–Sat: 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Sun: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM).
- Home collection bookings: Our phlebotomist will arrive during your selected time slot. Please ensure someone is available at the address provided.
- It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact information (name, phone, address) at the time of booking.
3. Payments
- Online payments are processed via Cashfree Payments, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway. We do not store your card details, UPI credentials, or net banking information on our servers.
- Pay-at-lab option is available for lab visit bookings. Payment can be made via cash or UPI at reception.
- All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Home collection carries an additional convenience fee as displayed during booking.

4. Reports and Results
- Most routine reports are available within 4–24 hours depending on the test type. Specialized tests may take up to 72 hours.
- Reports are delivered via WhatsApp (with your consent) or available for pickup at the lab.
- Sensitive tests (e.g., HIV, HBsAg, HCV) are delivered in person or via direct phone call only, as per medical privacy guidelines.
- Results are generated for the specific sample collected at the time of your booking. Re-testing may be recommended if results are discrepant or inconclusive, at no additional charge.
5. Liability
Sindhey Pathology exercises reasonable care and follows established quality control procedures in conducting diagnostic tests. However:
- We are not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes based on diagnostic reports without qualified medical consultation.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific test or service in question.
- We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, civil unrest, or government restrictions.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
