Services

Sindhey Pathology offers diagnostic testing services including blood tests, urine analysis, health packages, and home sample collection across Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh.

Bookings

• Bookings are confirmed upon receiving a booking code (SP-XXXXX)
• Lab visit bookings: walk in during operating hours with your code
• Home collection bookings: our agent will arrive during your selected slot
• Bring your booking code to the lab or show it to the collection agent

Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 20 hours before the appointment
• Contact us via WhatsApp or phone to cancel
• Prepaid bookings: refund processed within 5-7 business days
• Pay-at-lab bookings: no charge if cancelled within the window

Payment

• Lab visit: pay at reception via cash or UPI
• Home collection: online prepayment required
• Prices displayed are inclusive of all charges
• Home collection carries an additional ₹100 service fee

Results and Reports

• Most reports ready within 4-24 hours depending on test type
• Results delivered via WhatsApp (with consent) or lab pickup
• Sensitive tests (e.g., HIV) delivered in person or via direct call only
• Reports are for informational purposes and do not substitute professional medical advice
